Welcome to HoopSci

This site was created to provide college basketball fans unique insights into their teams. The focus will be on building data science products – context-based tools that fans can use to explore their own questions. This is Phase I – mainly exploratory data analysis charts that can help users develop hypotheses to further explore. Phase II content is in active development right now – which will be much more analytical and “data sciencey” in nature but still with a good dose of interactive charts. What’s coming next is pretty exciting.
